His journey began in 2010 at Bristol Motor Speedway, where he excelled as an announcer and emcee, engaging with crowds of over 35,000. This role allowed him to explore live performance intertwined with event production, where he honed skills in talent acquisition, stage management, and promotion for high-profile sponsors and drivers.

In 2014, Reece discovered a new passion for music festivals. Joining Axis, a prominent security company, he immersed himself in the festival industry, applying his hospitality expertise to enhance the festival experience. His multifaceted roles at Axis, including planning, hiring, and managing staff, showcased his commitment to safety and service. As the Command Liaison, Security, and Festival Dispatch with Unified Command in Las Vegas, Reece further demonstrated his leadership and operational acumen.

With a degree from East Tennessee State University and an Event Management Certification from UCLA, Reece's career has seen him collaborate with some of the largest promoters and production companies globally, building a vast network of industry professionals while gaining experience across various departments. His management expertise has evolved from stage management to encompass Security, Operations, and Communications at premier festivals across the U.S. and internationally.
